On January 19, 2017, a group of 25 local business owners ventured to Placer Bonito, Dominican Republic.  The purpose of the trip was a “Praise Trip” to see what God has done through the generosity of the business owners.

The first phase of the Agriculture Project, construction of the main irrigation line and the Farmer’s Training Center, have been completed.  The remaining two years of the 3-year project are well underway.

This comprehensive agriculture development program in Placer Bonito is composed of:

• Training and capacity building of local agricultural producers
• Provision of key agricultural inputs
• Technical/legal assistance
• Infrastructure development
