On a recent team visit to La Guazara, I had the opportunity to have a video conversation with Luis Sanchez, who is the Project Manager of the La Guazara Community Development Project. Luis discussed the specific design features of the irrigation system component of the Agriculture Project, which includes the water containment reservoir and source of the spring water.
