We had a combined Construction and Medical team going to Placer Bonito in April 2019. To meet our objective of community sustainability, the primary focus of the Construction Team was training for a group of community members who will take responsibility for construction projects around the community.  The Medical Team held medical, dental, and veterinary clinics, along with health and hygiene training.  The team also provided VBS classes for children and Bible studies for youth and adults.  We also visited homes and our sponsored children. Looking back on the experience, God blessed the team in so many ways.  Showing the love of Jesus Christ is what we do and this video is an example of the sincere love we have for the people in Placer Bonito.  The attached video, “Love is….”, will give you some idea of those experiences that enriched the lives of the team and is a tribute to how Jesus Christ has called ordinary people to love the people in this community.
