From April 6th through April 21st, 2013, two teams (construction and medical) of 35 men and women put their faith into action and traveled to this small community to share the love and hope found in Jesus Christ.  The Teams are part of a partnership between Food for the Hungry (FH) and the community of Placer Bonito.  This partnership provides for both spiritual and physical, community defined needs through Food for the Hungry’s “Community to Community” program. The Community-to-Community program focuses in three strategic areas: the Church, Families and Community Leadership.
